Sootsie is the most laid back kitty. He's good with other cats and dogs. He loves to sit in your lap and snuggle. He is a really sweet boy. He will do better as an outdoor cat or if you have the ability and patience to retrain him to the kitty litter. He has recently been having a lot of accidents in the house.
