VenmoSimple family camp trailer. Easy to pull. I think it weighs around 2,000 lbs.
We were able to sleep 6 fairly comfortably, but it is getting harder to fit 4 teenagers.
We took out the toilet because we wanted the extra storage space, but we still have it if you want it.
Does not have indoor stove or sink. Electrical outlets and heater worked well for us, but we have only used it in campgrounds, so we haven't used the water tank. Over spring break it got down to 20 degrees, but we were able to use space heaters and stayed comfortable.
