I have a new sparky white feather wreath Pink it hangs with a ribbon. The feathers have some sparkle. You can kind of tell in the second picture but it is more glittery than the pictures look. It is 22 inches across. It is new and has a price tag showing it was originally $42. The ribbon is velvety and is a little dingy (see the third picture).
