Hi, I'm Streya.

I'm a 4-year-old, 60-pound Pit Bull, and my heart has been broken.

My owner passed away, and although their family tried so hard to keep me, their apartment wouldn't allow bully breeds. Through no fault of my own, I ended up at the shelter.

The staff here say I'm one of the sweetest dogs you'll ever meet. Right now I'm pretty sad and scared, but I know my heart will heal when I find another family to love.

I'm spayed, potty trained, and crate trained. I know sit, lay down, and shake, and I'm said to do well with other dogs and kids ages 5–10. I'm an energetic girl who enjoys being active, and while I'm naturally protective of my family, I'm protective—not mean.

I'm simply looking for another chance to belong.
