I just built a Cleary pole barn and have some extra insulation and few full pieces of metal. There’s about 6 full unopened rolls of the 72x25’ and quite a bit of the 48x25’. My Cleary rep looked it up and the unused rolls of insulation retail for $1000. My loss is your gain so save some money and buy this towards your build.
