VenmoThis unit was made by Woodsman and is known as the Acorn model (the decoration on the outside of the stove is what gives it its name) weighing in at about 400 lbs. Made of steel plate with decorative cast iron doors. (Rough history is that the company was based out of Utah in the 70s/80s. They handmade all of their stoves. They sold out to another company and that company went to manufacturing pellet stoves thus the end of the wood burning stoves.)
Size: 36 inches wide and 35 inches deep including the ash tray, which is 6 inches deep. The top measures 36 inches wide x 16.5 inches deep and the shelf right below is 36 inches wide x 11 inches deep. It is 31 inches tall to the top and to the shelf is 25 inches tall. Uses an 8 inch pipe that is installed from the back (no pipe included). Double door opening measures 23.5 inches wide x 10.5 inches tall. All fire bricks included which will cover the base of the box. Could use a new seal. It puts out A LOT of heat and holds A LOT of wood!
Great to heat a home, cabin, shop, etc. and perfect timing to get it installed for the upcoming winter!
Exact cash or Venmo. You move - we have used a lot of brute force, furniture dollies, cardboard for a slick surface, boards, etc for the moving around we have done of it. We had a different wood burning stove that was recently installed in our basement and can give you a referral on the man that did our install (he also cleaned the chimney and did great). Selling because we only need 2 wood burning stoves in our home :)
