I have a used Presto model 21 (21B) pressure canner for sale. This model will hold 7 qt jars, and 19 small mouth pint jars. It is in great condition. It has the newer style weighted gauge, newer style dial gauge, newer style rack, and the gasket looks to be fairly new. I have tested it and it holds pressure like it should. The weighted gauge started to rock right at 16 pounds, right where it should.

I would like $80 for this pressure canner. These are second only to the All-American canners, but this is a lot cheaper. This canner will be handed down to your grandchildren, they are really well maid. Parts are still available for them and probably will be for quite a while.
