I’ve had this couch for 20 years can sit about 4-5 people dimensions are 83 in long 40 in wide . It’s microfiber material easy to clean I had a cover on it but it was no match from my dog . There is one corner he unalived from over excitement . I have zero sewing skills and you probably could get away with some New upholstery or if you have sewing skills you could probably sew it up yourself. Otherwise, it is in very good condition and very sturdy. will need probably 2-3 people to move.
