You can stand up, lay down, kneel, aswell as attach the rope to the board and stand up holding the rope. Its alot of fun. Rental includes the rope and board, rental is $50 per day (24hr) with $100(2 day minumum) This is primarily located in Manila utah near flaming gorge, but can also be brought down to salt lake bountiful area with some notice.
