CONDITION

Sofa: Excellent. Clean fabric, no visible damage, cushions still firm.

Loveseat: Good with one disclosed flaw — there's a fabric snag/pull on

one arm (see photo). It's noticeable up close but doesn't affect

function or comfort. Priced accordingly.
