extremely well built dog house completely insulated, made with 2x4 framing and 3/4 plywood the only osb is on the ceiling. the trim is all ceader its hinged on the back so you can clean or inspect. the heater can be set at whatever temp. you want, the roof is coated with a rubber roof paint, new owner will get enough paint for 2 more coats, the interior size is 31 inches wide by 41 inches long about 24 inches tall not counting the peak, the thermostat on the front tell temp inside and outside so you can set the heat where you want it per season. the light will turn on at night, we had one dog that could not see good. it can also be unplugged, the cord on the back is about ten feet long. i left the front opening so the door size could be made bigger if needed, call any time I'm not a good texter but can do it. i built this for our 4 dogs there all gone but one and that one gets in the house
