My husband and I are looking for someone to take over our lease at Maple Valley Apartments (1693 N 400 W, Logan, UT 84341). It is a 3 bed 2 bath and around 1250 sq footage. We are on second floor. The community is great here. It is quiet back where the apartments are.

Rent is $1475. On top of rent you have $25 fee for a covered parking spot, $50 for onsite internet, $30 for community utilities, and Logan City utilities (ranges from $130-$170). With a $500 deposit is it.

Move in day would be September 1st. You will be getting brand new carpet BEFORE you move in and we just had a brand new microwave put in.
