This is a great trailer with a floor plan we love. We have decided to downsize as most of our children our now adults and we don't need something with this many beds. We are the original owners. It has only been used 6-7 times and we have never used the toilet (I made my kids use campground bathrooms). The interior is like new and very clean. It was thoroughly cleaned after each use. No pets or smoking. All mattresses have always had waterproof covers on them. The kitchen layout is amazing with lots of counterspace. There is also shoe storage, which you don't find in many trailers. Other great features: extra wide bunks, solar options, extra large fridge, outdoor kitchen, skylights, power tongue jack, USB ports, tri-fold sofa, tinted windows, and no carpet.
