If you are looking for a self sufficient RV/tiny home that can be moved around, you are in for a treat.

This old lady’s last trip was a round trip in 2021 from Utah down to Oceanside California through Las Vegas and back via the South Rim of the Grand Canyon.

She is old but has good bones. There have been repairs and updates to make her more efficient to live in.

The outdated carpets have been replaced with a laminate, making cleaning easier.

The table seating and couch have been reupholstered.

The kitchen has a brand new oven, stove top (used once on a test run) and microwave (not been used). The kitchen sink and taps are all new too. A specially designed cutting board fits into the basin to create, extra counter surface. The countertops have been redone and a backsplash added.

All the old curtains and valances have been removed and replaced with white pull down blinds.

The cupboards have been given a coat of paint to brighten things up.

A new heating and cooling HVAC system has been added.

All in all still a project to tinker on here and there.

She is a 1997 Ford F-Super Duty Chassis (V8 Gas).

Ventured for 318,000 miles – runs & drives smooth.

The hydraulic stabilizer jack has a fluid leak at the seal so will need a seal kit.

Fully road legal and licensed.
