Up for sale is a 2024 Coachman Catalina 27THS. This trailer was purchased new a year ago and has NEVER been camped in or used at all. There is a loan against the trailer with America First Credit Union. The trailer is a toy hauler with a single bay for 2 quads. It has an extra large bathroom and a very large slide. The front bedroom is equipped with a queen bed and pre-wired for a TV. The rear ramp has fencing and cables that turn it into a rear deck with a bug guard screen and a wall that is pre-wired for a TV and has outdoor speakers on the right side and rear panel. The stereo system is a JBL Bluetooth system. It has an oversized closest and refrigerator. It has two batteries and a single solar panel with a charger that will accomodate any battery on the market. The awning is motorized and is also equipped with lighting. There is an outdoor fridge and a griddle that operates off the RV gas system. The unit also has an outdoor shower, cable lock mounted to the frame to secure an ATV or bicycles. The best part of this trailer is it has the BAL power jack and 4 leveling jacks that level the trailer AUTOMATICALLY. The A/C system is ducted and blows very cold.

The two rear bunks are oversized and measure the same as double beds. They can be removed easily without tools to expand storage.

The trailer does not have an onboard generator, but I have a tri-fuel Firman 9000W generator that will run off of the trailers LP gas system, as well as its own gas tank or propane that is BRAND NEW and is available for another $800.00

The trailer was purchased new and never used. The trailer is still winterized from the date of purchase.
