2008 Jayco Eagle fifth wheel bunk house. This has been an awesome trailer for our family. Unfortunately we don’t get the use out of it anymore that we would like (busy teenagers). This trailer has a ton of storage both inside and out! Has an onboard Onan Generator that will run everything. The generator runs off of propane.
Master bedroom with a slide out for the bed. Large Master closet and plenty of drawer space. There is a second AC unit above the master bed. Large bathroom with a good size shower.
Kitchen table folds into a bed. Sleeper Sofa. Both table cushions and couch have had covers on them to keep them clean. All cushions are in great shape. Upgraded LED Interior lights. Open kitchen area with a lot of storage space including a large pantry.
The bunk room has a door so it can be separated from the rest of the living space. There are 4 total bunks with the lower one that can sleep two people as well as be used as a sofa. The two rear bunks fold against the wall to allow for tons of storage when not in use. Small half door access to bunk room area. Bunk room is perfect for a family with kids or for someone that wants their own space.
The exterior is in decent shape for the age of the trailer although it does have some oxidization. I recoated the roof 2 years ago and replaced ceiling vent covers. We have not experienced any leaks inside the trailer. Has a trailer receiver on the back of the trailer. The underside of the trailer is insulated (“4 seasons”). The trailer has a valve system for the water that makes it extremely easy winterize, fill the tank, or use hook ups. A new awning was installed 2 years ago and extends/retracts by the push of a button from inside the trailer.
If interested, I will include an Anderson hitch. These are lightweight and can easily be installed or removed with a single person.
