Easily upgradeable (if desired) with modern frame and axle standards. Will include the pedals (Shimano SPD).
The paint scratches on the top of the fork are from poor placement on a bike rack next to my mountain bike pedal. So sad! Could probably be buffed out and repainted by someone with patience and proper tools.
