These bases are barely used, they work perfectly. They go up and down smoothly. They have presets on the remote for anti snore, lounge, zero gravity and tv/read position. Both come with a remote, they have usb ports under the bed as well as a light. The height can be adjusted with pegs to fit your needs. We have the cord to sync the beds to run off of 1 remote.
