I’m getting rid of my Honda mower, It’s just been sitting in the garage, don’t have lawn so don’t need it anymore. It will need a new pull cord as the one it currently has the cord snapped. It’s as the roto stop, which it’ll stay on with out the blades spinning, in case you run into something that needs to be picked up while your mowing.
