Equipped with a 40-gallon fresh water tank, 66-gallon gray water capacity, and 33-gallon black water capacity. Includes Thomas Payne memory foam seating, an entertainment center with an electric fireplace, LED lighting, DVD player, roller shades, privacy shade in door, Lippert solid steps, a residential queen bed and air conditioning. Interior is tan/brown with vinyl and carpet. There is also an outside kitchen with a mini fridge, stove and a TV mount. We added a tow hitch, four 6 volt batteries, an inverter in the master bedroom and a pillow top Serta mattress in the master. Tires were purchased last summer. This is a great RV with tons of inside and exterior storage and super comfortable when you get rained in.
