Allergy Note: Comes from a pet-friendly home. While the dog was never allowed in the basement where these were kept, there is a minor amount of "environmental" stray pet hair on them.
History & Condition:
Single Owner: I bought these new about 25 years ago. They were our primary furniture for the first 10 years, and have been rarely used in the basement for the last 13+ years.
Honest Wear: I am selling them because there is some expected cushion and spring degradation given their age, and they are simply no longer comfortable for my 48-year-old body.
Fabric: Structurally sound with no rips, tears, or fading. There is a minor "balding" wear patch on the front edge of the sofa seat from normal use, but the fabric is entirely intact.
Features:
Dual Reclining Sofa: The 3-seater couch features manual recliners on both ends, and both mechanisms work perfectly.
Loveseat: Stationary (does not recline). The caster feet are currently unscrewed for easier transport, but they screw right back in effortlessly.
Pickup Requirements (Please Read Carefully):
Heavy Lifting: The reclining sofa is a single, solid piece and is quite heavy. I am happy to help load, but you must bring an able-bodied individual (or two) to help lift it safely. In garage, ready to load.
Proper Transport: You must bring an adequate vehicle (a truck, trailer, or large cargo van). I will not allow these to leave strapped to the roof of a car.
