Everything works perfect on this. Zero issues. Selling for my dad. Floor plan has tons of space. Carpet is like new, always had floor coverings on. Only my parents have stayed in this trailer, no kids. They have owned it for over 10 years. Has been used not just sitting and rotting away. Interior is in mint condition. Looks like it did when it was built. Roof has never leaked. Always stored in covered storage.
