We are selling our East Canyon membership. It's been an awesome family tradition for at least 30 years, but we aren't using it enough anymore.

Annual fees are paid through April and we have not used any of the days, so you have 10 nights to use between now and then at no additional cost. (Those annual fees run about $1700/year)

Class A membership with Relative Rights

10 nights per year in a condo (5 in summer, 5 in winter with spring and fall in the mix on each end)

Unlimited camping spots and RV usage. Plus 3 large camping areas you can rent for family reunions or youth camps.

Resort includes 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, 1 heated kid pool, mini golf, basketball, volleyball, shuffle board, tennis, pickleball, fishing pond and roughly 10,000 acres you can explore with a side by side. Hunters and ice fishers love the area. We love boating in the summer and sledding and hiking in the winter.

It's located just a few minutes south of East Canyon reservoir. If you're a boater, having weekdays up there is almost like having a private lake.

It's about an hour from the west side of the Salt Lake Valley in the summer and 1 1/2 hours in the winter (when one of the road closes). Located right between Parleys and Weber canyons so it's convenient access from several directions.
