This well kept 27' bunkhouse trailer has been fantastic for our family! It sleeps six adults comfortably with two large double bunk beds, as well as a table bed, couch and queen bed. Our kids are getting older and busier and we are looking to downsize.

We upgraded the queen bed to a custom trailer GhostBed mattress, which is the best sleep you'll get in a trailer. The bunk beds provide plenty of space for sleeping and gear.

Most everything works well and has been regularly maintained. The AC has worked great when we have used it, but we don't typically because we dry camp. Water heater, fridge, furnace, range, awning and all plumbing is in great condition. All light fixtures have been swapped out for high output LEDs to conserve energy. The only issue is a section of the roof by the skylight that a previous owner installed. The wrong sealant was used. It has affected a small area around the AC unit. I am willing to negotiate based off that information.

Wheels and axles were upgraded 3 years ago and have been maintained by a professional technician. The axles have been flipped to add a few extra inches of clearance for those more remote camping spots. Tires have minimal wear and will be great for several years.

Extra storage access has been created under the queen bed and rear bunks that lets you bring all the toys, cooking accessories and camping gear you can think of. Rear hitch was installed by previous owner and has been great for carrying bikes. Trailer comes with a Curt brand equalizer hitch.
