This is a true multi-fuel oven that runs on wood, charcoal, or gas, and you can easily switch between wood burning and gas burning. What’s included: • Brand-new gas burner • Upgraded larger wood/ash tray • Protective carrying case • Simple pizza peel The oven itself is in excellent shape and has only been used a handful of times. One of the big advantages of the Karu 12 is how quickly it heats up — faster than any other pizza oven I’ve tried. The flame sits on top instead of the back or side, which gives more even cooking across the whole pizza, and it’s very versatile when switching between wood and gas. This is my second Karu 12. I’m selling it only because I upgraded to the larger Karu 16. Before that I also owned a Gozney Roccbox and the Solo Stove Pi Prime. After using all of them, the Karu 12 was clearly the best of the 12-inch ovens, so it was the only one I kept (I even bought this second one after selling the first). In my experience, this is the one I’d recommend over other 12-inch pizza ovens. It’s quick, cooks evenly, and with the new gas burner and upgraded tray already included, it’s ready to go right away and offers solid value.
