We purchased it new in January (factory warranty good until January 2027) and have only taken it camping once (2 nights). Here are some of the key things we love about this floor plan: -Murphy bed with pop up couch -Bunks are full beds and not “coffin” sized bunks -Bathroom has sink and storage (most new trailers this size have one or the other or neither) -Slide out makes the trailer feel much bigger -4,045 lbs dry weight (most vehicles can tow it) -On demand tankless water heater (no waiting for the water heater to warm up and then run out of hot water) -Large microwave and large fridge -Comes from the factory solar ready -More storage than any other trailer this size -Power awning -Enclosed underbelly (protects everything underneath on those rough trails an most importantly keep moisture and dirt out) -Outdoor LP quick connect for cooking outside -U shaped dinning area, cabinets are real wood not fiber board -Save $500 right from the start- no dealer doc fees Extras included with this one you would have to purchase separately if you buy new: -Equalizer hitch ($800) -Furrion Vision + 7” back up camera ($500) -TV already mounted and ready to go -Camco roof vent cover (included but not installed) -New sewer hose -2 fresh water hoses with pressure regulator -Bedding for the master bed with extra 2” memory foam topper on top of factory mattress -Leveling blocks and tongue jack block -Dokio suitcase style solar panel -We had the paint protection treatment added to the exterior that carrys a warranty ($900) -We also purchased an extended warranty ($1500) that is transferable.
