Haven’t used it in a few years but it’s been kept clean and has been winterized. No leaks, has 2 radiant panel heaters that keep it plenty warm. Used in the uintas and bookcliffs during hunting season and never had any problems. Tires are in great shape with a great spare. Water heater is intermittent but never really used it much. Works sometimes. I believe it’s electrical, could be a bad switch. Message for more pics and info. Clear title in hand.
