Measures 27 feet in length with a 6 foot rear slide-out queen bed to expand length to 33 feet.

Sleeps 6 adults with a queen size bed, full size bunks, twin size jackknife couch/bed and twin size fold down dinette

Bottom bunk folds up to allow for spacous front end storage. easly holds bikes or other toys.

Great layout. Still fully functional with slides retracted. (Slides don't cover bathroom or fidge)

Everything working and clean.

New tires (two last year and two this year). New awning replaced last year. New battery. Roof resealed. New trim seals, slide seals in good shape. Bearings repacked this year
