Selling my Artisan Leather Milo sectional. I purchased it new from Furnishh in West Jordan in April 2024, so it is only about 2.5 years old.

This is a 100% top-grain leather sectional that originally retailed for $4,999 new. It is real top-grain leather, not bonded or faux leather.

This couch is huge and extremely comfortable. It measures approximately 124” wide x 70” deep and has a large chaise. I’m 6’8” and one of the reasons I bought it was because I can comfortably stretch out on it without feeling cramped. There is plenty of room for several adults, and the deep seats and oversized cushions make it a great couch for lounging, watching movies, or even sleeping on.

The couch is in good used condition. The leather has developed some natural patina and has visible wear/discoloration in some of the higher-use areas, which I’ve shown in the pictures. There are absolutely no tears, cracks, or peeling anywhere on the couch. The cushions are still comfortable and supportive, and the couch has a ton of life left in it.
