• Tenting is still in useable fair condition.

• Interior is in good condition

• I have removed the sink cabinet for more space but it's included in the sale if you wish to reinstall it.

• Gas lines need updating and plumbing will need to be connected. Think of this as a nice rolling trailer to put your stuff and camp off the ground and you get the idea.

• Furnace worked last time I used it over 5 years ago. Also has the goofy propane / electric fridge which is great for storage but not good for cooling.

• Bike / Canoe Rack on the roof.

• Full size beds on the ends. 4 person dinette that converts to another single ish bed.

I'll put up some pictures later, but you know what it is if you are looking for one. This one has been looked after but it's 23 years old. Good trailer for a couple or young family. I used it in July for a week camping trip and it works just fine.
