VenmoVintage The Pop Shoppe 32 fl. oz. (1 quart / 946 ml) returnable glass soda bottles, dating to approximately the mid-1970s / circa 1975.
This is a particularly neat Utah advertising collectible because the back is marked:
ROLLINS UNITED, INC.
PROVO, UTAH 84601
It also states:
“Bottled Under Authority of Pop Shoppes of America, Inc., New York, N.Y. 10005”
Features the classic red and white Pop Shoppe graphics, including the striped front label, neck logo and “RETURN FOR DEPOSIT” lettering.
Bottom of bottle has several molded production markings, including LG, 71, 75 and 199. The “75” appears consistent with this bottle’s mid-1970s production period.
Measurements:
Approximately 12” tall × 3.5” diameter
Capacity: 32 fl. oz. / 1 quart / 946 ml
Condition is good vintage condition for its age. Glass appears intact with no obvious cracks or major chips. There is noticeable wear/fading to portions of the original painted graphics, particularly on the reverse, along with normal surface wear from its original returnable/reusable life.
