14-year-old Paint Grade Mare — Experienced Home $2000 firm as she is a ready to work whenever you get on her kinda horse. 14-year-old Paint grade mare with a lot of experience. She was cowboyed off of before coming to us and has been used as a rodeo queen/queening horse, club roping horse, and flag horse. She handles rodeo environments well with proper management, and I have personally roped off of her.

Our 8-year-old and 4-year-old have both ridden her, and outside of one issue she is a very enjoyable horse.

She has developed a severe buddy-sour/separation issue that has gotten worse since coming to us. She becomes extremely upset when separated from horses she is attached to and has damaged the side of our trailer without a care that she will cut herself up and hurt herself . Because of this, she needs an experienced home that understands and is prepared to manage this behavior. I do not believe she would be a good fit for a home where she will become closely attached to another horse.

I want to be completely upfront about this issue so she goes to the right person. She has a lot of experience and a lot to offer the right home, but she is not being sold as a beginner or kid-safe horse because of the separation issue.
