Has solar panels and inverter. Newer batteries. The solar panels keep batteries charged all weekend. We replaced the toilet this year. We just took it out, no issues whatsoever. We are second owners and have had it for 6 years.

This is not a new trailer. It needs a few cosmetic repairs. Couches have seen better days. Counter has slight damage, a cupboard has slight damage. Screen on door needs to be replaced. A few blinds need to be replaced.
