I have a pink Japanese schoolgirl uniform Cosplay Costume. My daughter used it for the anime Fate. It’s a size 3XL. The top seems a little smaller than that but the waist on the skirt is probably about right. My daughter wore an XL and we had to pin the waist for her to wear it. It was only worn a couple of times.
