If you’ve been thinking more about where your beef is coming from and what you’re actually feeding your family, this is a good way to know exactly where it came from. Raised right here in Idaho and locally butchered.
Butcher dates: January 27th & 28th
$5.50/lb including cut & wrap +$85 kill fee
Average hanging weight will be around 800–900 lbs.
Roughly: • Quarter: ~$1,170 ± $200 • Half: ~$2,300 ± $200 • Whole: ~$4,675 ± $200
Final price depends on actual hanging weight.
*** A $500 deposit is required to reserve your ¼, ½, or whole beef. The remaining balance will be due before pickup. The $500 deposit will be applied toward your total.***
