She receives a mixture of a lamb flex and grain supplement to produce creamy rich, good tasting milk. You can make cheese out of it or just drink it. At this point if you wanted to continue milking her for months to come, you could bump her up two more cups of supplemental mixture with her alfalfa and she would again milk for you two times per day and double her milk amount. I had just reduced her down to consider selling her. Milk twice a day is quite a commitment.
