Selling my 2016 Casita Spirit Deluxe, 16-foot model. Molded fiberglass construction. The 16ft models are slightly more compact than the 17ft versions and can be parked in some garages. It has a dry weight of around 2200 lbs with a tongue weight of 250 lbs, so it can be towed by most SUVs. I recently went through everything on this trailer. It's in very good condition. It's obviously not perfect, but it's in great shape considering it's 10 yrs old. Everything works and it's ready to camp!

• Added mounting location above propane tanks for batteries or generator

• Clean title

• It has a little surface rust on the frame and axles. Nothing structural, but worth noting so there are no surprises. I just haven't had time to wire brush and use rust converter yet.
