Extremely well maintained and cared for Jayco. Zero leaks, no issues whatsoever. It’s in immaculate condition. Awning was replaced last year. My husband enclosed the belly and replaced batt insulation with block foam insulation, updated the shower faucet/head, bathroom faucet, resealed the roof, replaced bathroom fan with a Fantastic fan with auto rain sensor, moved batteries from outside to inside to keep from overheating in summer and from theft, replaced outdoor shower faucet and head. All of this was done this year. Not because of any issues, just to update and make it more modern and comfortable. You will be amazed at the condition of this trailer.
