Selling an HP 15-af131dx laptop. I received it from my brother-in-law because it was too slow for his needs. It originally had a hard disk drive and 4GB of RAM, but I upgraded it to a 256GB SATA SSD and 8GB of RAM. These upgrades made it noticeably more responsive, although it can still be sluggish from time to time.

The exterior has scratches and cosmetic wear from daily use by a college student, but the laptop works. It would be suitable for basic tasks such as web browsing, email, word processing, and schoolwork. It could also be a good inexpensive laptop for kids learning coding or Linux.

I previously ran Linux on it, and it felt more responsive than Windows. It currently has Windows 11 installed, but I can install Linux instead if requested after purchase.
