We have really enjoyed this trailer. It has a large main area with the slideout open. Master bedroom is private with a door, and the bathroom is large and spacious! The 50 gallon fresh water tank is wonderful, with 40 gallon gray and black tanks respectively. It has 2 - 30lb propane tanks, AC, stereo with subwoofer/DVD Player, LCD TV, fridge, microwave, 6 gallon water heater, exterior shower, heater, and plenty of storage. Has a dry weight of 6,381 lbs. Tires are in good shape and covered year-round to prevent sun rot (date code 3921). Covered undercarriage. It has been covered each winter until a wind storm shredded the cover about a month ago. What's wrong with it, you ask? Here's what to be aware of: Everything is there for a roll out awning, but it got badly ripped so the fabric itself has been removed. I have re-sealed a few windows with new Butyl tape - there is some surface/wallpaper damage behind the couch from a prior window leak above it (dry now), and there are a few soft spots on the roof that will eventually need to be addressed. I've stopped any leaks there with silicone and RV lap sealant. As with many trailers this age, there are a few areas of delamination on the outside. Truly, if I had more time to tinker and a better truck, I would be keeping the trailer. We like it that much! But, I don't have either right now, so it needs to go. Text with questions.
