Needs quite a bit of work,((you will need to bring a battery with you to be able to close the 14 foot super popout on the sideI)) i had let my nephew live in it behind my grandma's hoise for a few years and when he finally got an apartment an moved oit of it back he left a total mess inside.
Needs to be thoroughly cleaned inside and out, he had smoked inside of it and even the walls and ceiling are yellowish from the cigarette smoke, floors are very dirty and will need new laminate flooring installed, there are no leaks in the roof and it has a 14 foot popout on one side, I know the main important things that are expensive to fix or replace like the fridge and AC work, tires are good and the trailer its built on is good also. Stove and microwave work great. the furnace works but the fan in it squeals pretty loudly. You'll wanna go through the gas lines and double check them as well as the water lines cause I believe there's a leak at one of the fittings underneath in the water line, also needs a new battery. The power inverter works good as well. I have the title
Im selling it this cheap because of how dirty and beat up my nephew left it inside.as far as the water heater there is a 110v electric water heater included but you'll need to hook it up. You must come pick n it up cause I have no way to deliver it.
I originally just planned on fixing it all and selling it for more money but a stroke, blood clots and open heart surgery 7 months ago changed a lot of my plans. You will also need to remove the jack stands etc before hauling it off cause i can't very easily get done and under to do it. With a couple hundred bucks and a whole bunch of elbow grease in fixing and cleaning it up itd easily sell for more than double what im asking for it. Goes to whoever has the money and can pick it up 1st, no trades and any lowball offers will ne ignored. (The wooden cat patio at thr side/front of the trailer in the last pic has been removed) Thanks
