Selling my Profitec Pro 700, the German-built prosumer machine that a lot of home baristas consider an endgame purchase. I've owned it for about five years, it's been well maintained, and it still pulls shots and steams exactly as it should. The only water that has been in the machine has been reverse osmosis filtered and remineralized.

• Dual boiler system — a 0.75L brew boiler and 2.0L steam boiler, both stainless steel, so you can pull a shot and steam milk at the same time with no waiting

• Independent PID control for each boiler, letting you dial brew temperature to the degree

• E61 group head with thermosiphon circulation for excellent temperature stability and natural pre-infusion

• Rotary pump — noticeably quieter than the vibration pumps in cheaper machines

• Plumb-in or tank — runs off the 2.8L internal reservoir or can be connected directly to a water line (plumbing kit is not included)

• Stainless steel body with dual pressure gauges for boiler and pump pressure

• Commercial 58mm portafilter standard

The machine comes with its original box. I am also including several accessories so you can start pulling shots immediately: tamper, tamping mat, knock box, single spout portafliter, double spout portafilter, bottomless portafilter, blind basket, three different dosing baskets, and two frothing pitchers (350ml and 500ml).
