This lamp was made in France during the 1930's. It is solid walnut, hand cut and carved with (3) interlocking sections with hand-cut screw threads. The lamp's power cord runs through a center channel and is connected to a new bulb socket. The shade is covered with lamb skin - it is intact but not without damage. I have not attempted to repair it but it is the original shade.
