The Original Motherlode Triple (1980–2015)
The Debut: The first iteration of the Motherlode chairlift was installed in Thaynes Canyon in 1980 under the ownership of Nick Badami.
The Tech: It was built as a fixed-grip triple chairlift by Lift Engineering (commonly known as YAN).
The Reputation: For 35 years, Motherlode was a slow, bare-bones lift. Because of its slow speed, the surrounding terrain—including the dense powder glades of Motherlode Meadows—remained relatively uncrowded and became a beloved hidden gem for locals looking to escape lines.
Vehicle Requirement-buyer must bring a truck, trailer, and tie-down straps to load it safely.
CASH ONLY UPON PICKUP. Please text Vintage Bob for more details C: 435-671-1856
