My sister in laws cat is missing, she responds

she was caught earlier yesterday in a storm and never came back. She was last seen from 1-2pm ( West Jordan area)

Though she is an outdoor, we are worried she might have lost her way because of it or is spooked out somewhere. My partner believes she might have been taken or accidentally seeker shelter is someone house. She unfortunately doesn’t have her collar, she usually always has it on. ( not this time since we groomed her)
