VenmoThis beautiful vintage Bernina belonged to my family and has been carefully kept with its original case and instruction book. My father used it about 10 years ago to sew curtains for his home, and it did a great job! Before using it, he cleaned it up and attempted to have it serviced, but was told the shop would not service this older model and recommended purchasing a newer machine instead. He cleaned it up himself and successfully used it for his curtains.
I have not personally tested the machine recently, so I am selling it as untested/as-is. It has been stored with the original case, instruction manual, foot pedal, power cord, extension/table and additional accessories shown in the photos.
The machine is a Bernina Record Type 530, made in Steckborn, Switzerland. The original instruction book is included.
This is a wonderful vintage machine for someone who appreciates the quality and craftsmanship of older Swiss-made Berninas.
