This trailer is in good shape, just a couple of kinks, like the hydraulic pump leaks. I recently replaced the heater in it and it works well. It has a washer and dryer combo. It has lots of storage inside and outside. I purchased it to live in and did for about a year before I bought a home. I just don’t have a need for it anymore. Asking $9,000 but willing to negotiate.
