We’re looking for a loving new home for Chewy, our 11-year-old, 11 lb Bichon Poodle. He’s been part of our family since 2015, but after recently having a baby, we’re having a hard time giving him the attention he deserves.

Chewy is a sweet dog who is house trained, neutered, great with kids, and fine being left home during the day. We typically let him outside about three times a day. He isn’t crate trained and does have some anxiety.

As he’s gotten older, he has started losing some of his hearing. He also had his teeth removed by our vet because of infection risk, but this doesn’t affect his ability to eat or drink.

One funny quirk: Chewy hates hardwood floors and will actively avoid walking on them!

There is no rehoming fee. We’ll also send his leash, bowls, and other belongings with him. We just want to find Chewy a good home where he’ll be loved and get plenty of attention.
