Trailer is located in Manila, UT
This dual-axle camper has been parked and used strictly as static sleeping quarters for the past few years.The Good:Appliances: Everything is in working condition to the best of my knowledge (refrigerator, stove/oven, furnace, water heater, microwave ).
Upgrades: The roof AC unit was replaced brand new in 2020 and blows cold. Low usage
Running Gear: All tires were replaced new very low mileage since it has been parked).
The Project (Needs Work):
Roof & Water Damage: The roof needs a full replacement/repair. It has leaked in both the front and rear sections, resulting in active water damage.
Towing: While the tires are good, the buyer should inspect the brakes and bearings before embarking on a long-distance tow due to it being parked. very low mileage since it has been parked).
Propane System: A recent propane leak was detected in the system. The propane lines will need to be inspected and repaired before using any gas appliances.
This is an excellent project camper for someone handy looking to rebuild a classic lightweight trailer, or it would make a perfect source for high-value donor parts (working AC, fridge, appliances, and dual axles).
