Looking to purchase approximately 2–6 acre-feet of water for property in Huntsville / upper Ogden Valley.

• Existing Weber Basin / Pineview Reservoir replacement-water allotments that may be transferable

• Area 35 water rights suitable for transfer/change to a private well in Huntsville

• Irrigation water rights in the Huntsville / South Fork / upper Ogden Valley area

• Existing water-right or exchange interests associated with Pineview Reservoir / WR 35-827

• Other water that the Utah Division of Water Rights and Weber Basin may approve for irrigation and/or livestock use at a Huntsville property

We already have an existing private well and 1.0 AF Weber Basin replacement-water allotment. We are looking for additional water primarily to irrigate approximately 1–2 acres of pasture.

Cash buyer. Will consider partial interests or purchasing a portion of a larger water right.
